About Us!

Thank you for your interest in our Center!

Columbus Center for Spiritual Living is a joyful experience of community, and a catalyst for individual growth and wholeness. We teach and practice a simple message: As you change your thinking, you change your life.

Listen to Rev. Molly’s talks online: here

We believe that everyone and everything belongs to the Great Whole, called God, Spirit, Divine Mind, or any one of a thousand different names.

webelieveWe believe that God is in everything and everywhere present, and we honor whatever path you are on as the right path because all roads lead to the supreme One.

Here’s what we value:

Communication, authenticity, acknowledgement, spiritual growth, relaxation, love, sacredness, connection, service, spiritual practice, and prosperous living.

This is how we show up in Community:

  • We connect with one another and communicate freely.
  • We nurture awareness, learning how to stay in the authentic moment of now.
  • We offer acknowledgement by seeing people as they really are and sharing what we see.
  • We teach the tools for life-long exploration of who we really are.
  • We offer a place to relax; this is our spiritual home and everyone is the honored guest.
  • We love each other, because Love is all there is.
  • We open the sacred heart of the Center one heart at a time.
  • We are here for each other, always.
  • We invite everyone to participate at the level of the heart through our small-group ministries, sacred service and social circles.
  • We reinforce meditation and visioning, as well as connection to source through tithing and committed giving.
  • We provide ongoing support and spiritual encouragement.
  • We encourage the awakening of curiosity, wise judgment, playfulness, honoring, and taking responsibility for ourselves and the greater world.

The following is a video created by Rev. Brian Akers. It sums up what we believe at the Columbus Center for Spiritual Living.

Our Mission:

We are a spiritual community that inspires, advances and supports the Global Vision of a world that works for everyone, one person at a time, starting with me.

The Global Vision of our parent organization, the Centers for Spiritual Living:

  • We envision all people, all beings, and all life as expressions of God.
  • We see a world in which each and every person lives in alignment with his/her highest spiritual principle, emphasizing unity with God and connection with each other; a world in which individually and collectively we are called to a higher state of consciousness and action.
  • We envision humanity awakening to its spiritual magnificence and discovering the creative power of thought; a world where each and every person discovers his/her own personal power and ability to create an individual life that works within a world that works for everyone.
  • We envision a world in which we live and grow as One Global Family that respects and honors the interconnectedness of all life; a world where this kinship with all life prospers and connects through the guidance of spiritual wisdom and experience.
  • We envision a world where personal responsibility joins with social conscience in every area of the political, corporate, academic, and social sectors, providing sustainable structures to further the emerging global consciousness.
  • We envision a world where each and every person has enough food, a home and a sense of belonging, a world of peace and harmony, enfranchisement and justice.
  • We envision a world in which resources are valued, cared for, and grown, and where there is generous and continuous sharing of these resources.
  • We envision a worldwide culture in which forgiveness (whether for errors, injustices, or debts) in the norm.
  • We envision a world which has renewed its emphasis on beauty, nature, and love through the resurgence of creativity, art and aesthetics.
  • We envision a world that works for everyone and for all of creation.
