Our Ministers

Reverend Molly Cameron, Founding Minister and Spiritual Leader

Reverend Molly Cameron is the founding minister of Columbus Center for Spiritual Living and admits that she has the best job in the world as its Spiritual Leader.

“I get to help others by helping myself,” she explains. “I can’t teach anyone anything, but I can model what it mens to deepen in consciousness. That’s how people rediscover who they really are; by looking deeply within themselves for the answers to the challenges of living.”

Molly earned her Master’s degree in Consciousness Studies from Holmes Institute San Diego in 2007, and she is licensed and ordained through Centers for Spiritual Living. While completing her studies, she served United Centers for Spiritual Living’s home office in Burbank, California, as the manager of Community Events, where she planned and organized the summer Asilomar retreat and the Annual Community Gathering.

In 2008 she co-lead a tour with Dr. Kathy Hearn for United Centers for Spiritual Living and Associated Global New Thought, along the Abraham Path through Turkey, Syria, Jordan, Israel and Palestine.

Prior to her calling to ministerial school, Rev. Molly worked for twelve years in Salt Lake City for Franklin Covey Co. and its earlier company, Covey Leadership Center, in various capacities. Her first career was as an actress featured in stage productions across the country.

Rev. Molly is an avid seeker of Truth wherever she finds it, including many religions and philosophies.  One of her favorite avenues of Truth is the new science emerging and the ways that scientific discoveries support New Thought ideas, connecting the dots between the spiritual world and the physical world. She is currently serving as a Regional Support Coordinator for Centers for Spiritual Living.

Rev. Molly loves living in Columbus with her dog, Teddy and cat, Nipsy Pickle.

Reverend Catherine Bliss, Staff Minister

Catherine began her spiritual adventure in Science of Mind in 1994 in Dayton, Ohio. She shares that she cried for weeks at first, knowing that the message that was spoken was for her: that nothing could be added or taken from her; because she is God’s creation. She got involved doing service work, taking classes and participating in workshops, retreats and other celebrations of life.

She moved to Columbus in 2004 for a new career as a business analyst. She attended the Buddhist Center practicing their ancient teachings, meditations and chants, but missed the Science of Mind community. In 2007, Catherine and Rev. Molly Cameron, a newly licensed minister, started visioning and co-creating the Columbus Center for Spiritual Living.

As a second year Practitioner student she attended Mile Hi in Denver, Colorado and completed her practitioner licensing in 2011. She returned to Columbus and served as the CORE Council chair and as a leadership champion. She answered the call to ministry in 2012 and became a licensed Religious Science minister in 2017.

As a founding member and as a new staff minister for Columbus Center for Spiritual Living, she is thrilled to serve as a leader of leaders. She has deepened in her joy of serving Spirit, and in practicing the SOM philosophy and principles. Once again, Catherine is saying yes to Spirit as she steps forward to vision and co-create with the Columbus center community a permanent space for their spiritual home.

Reverend Ami Papadopulo, Staff Minister
